30 Portland youths experiencing homelessness along with internationally fames artists, Chris Johanson and Johanna Jackson created this wonderful mural that wrapped around an abandoned contruction site across the street from The Paramount for 2 years before being taken down and auctioned off, with all proceeds going to New Avenues for Youth.

Bill Papas was a political cartoonist and carticaturist, book author and illustrator, and watercoulourist. In the 1960s and 1970s he worked for The Guardian, The Sunday Times and Punch. His work has won international acclaim and is included in many private and corporate collections around the world, including our hotel.
