Our online Lost + Found form is the easiest and most efficient way to report lost items. Once you submit information on this form, you will receive immediate confirmation that your form has been successfully entered into our tracking system for processing. What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night room and tax charge. Suites must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night room and tax charge. For Pre-Paid / Non-Refundable rates - No changes or cancellations allowed. Yes, really. No changes or cancellations allowed. Please be sure of your plans before booking. Reservations will be charged for the full stay's room & tax at time of booking. What do i need to check in?

To arrange payment for a guest's stay, contact the front desk at frontdesk@portlandparamount.com directly for a secure Credit Card Authorization link. We require this form to be completed at least 24-hours in advance of the guest's arrival date. The guest will still be required to provide a credit card upon check-in for any charges that are not covered by you and noted as such on the form. Will your rooms allow rollaways or cribs/pack-n-play? Is there a charge?
Cribs/Pack-n-Plays are available complimentary Rollaway beds are available for an additional $15 per night. Please note - Deluxe Queen / Queen and Balcony Queen / Queen rooms are unable to accommodate rollaway beds due to fire safety regulations. I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Please contact the website that your reservation originated with to make changes to your itinerary. These changes will then be reflected in our system. Can i have someone check into my room before I arrive?
To be allowed access to a guestroom at any time during your stay, they would need to be listed on the reservation and provide matching identification. You can add any additional guest names in the Special Requests + Additional Guest Names comment section when completing your reservation through our website or reach out to the frontdesk@portlandparamount.com to add for you. |

How much is parking?
Valet Parking Services is temporarily suspended. An assigned spot, self-park option is currently available through the hotel for $25, per night, per vehicle. Please check-in with the Front Desk upon arrival for parking instructions. Limited availability. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR VALET PARKING?
We are unable to valet some oversize vehicles and motorcycles. Please call to confirm if possible or see parking attendant for other local parking options. What are your cross streets?
We are located on SW Taylor between Park + 9th can i take public transportation to the hotel?
The MAX light rail provides convenient round-trip transportation from the Portland International Airport ($2.50 each direction). Board the train outside of baggage claim, then exit at the 10th Avenue & Galleria stop. The Paramount Hotel is two blocks south. Portland International Airport's website also provides alternative ground transportation options to the downtown area. DO YOU HAVE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?
No, we do not. Blue Star Shuttle offers airport pick up from PDX to downtown hotels, including ours, leaving every 30 mins from Island #3 North for $14 one-way per person. |

Yes, our bell staff with be happy to store your bags for you. Can I receive package deliveries to the hotel?
We will gladly receive and store packages on your behalf. Your first package we receive will be complimentary. There will be a $5 handling/storage charge for every package received thereafter on your behalf, prior to, during and after your stay. Please make sure your package is addressed to yourself C/O The Paramount Hotel with your arrival date noted. I want to send a gift (Flowers, Wine, etc.)to the room. How do I do this?
